Organize by buck, not by card
A folder of 4,000 photos isn't intel. Name each shooter buck and tag every photo of him. Once you do, patterns like 'he only shows up in daylight after a cold front' start to jump out.
The timestamp is the gold
Set your camera's date and time correctly. Each photo's time, matched to that hour's wind, temperature and pressure, tells you what conditions put that buck on his feet in daylight.
Minimize pressure
Cellular cameras and midday card pulls on a good wind keep you from educating the deer you're trying to pattern. Put cameras where you can check them without walking through bedding.
